Ginger Bevilacqua is the Client Services Specialist for the Phoenix office team of Brad Anderson, Bryan Taute and Bryce Terveen. She coordinates the marketing/selling/leasing efforts for the team’s Tenant Representation and Corporate Services. 

Areas of Responsibility 

Marketing and Research:

• Comprehensive research of properties, markets and clients necessary for marketing efforts
• Design and production of collateral such as investment packages, brochures and offering memorandums 

Project and Document Management:

• Database creation and maintenance for legal documentation such as sale and lease listing files
• Project accountability and coordination 

Client Services:

• Provide various materials as requested and facilitate communication to provide superior customer service
